Apartment Manager

Due to current business demands, we are seeking a COMMUNITY MANAGER to oversee all property operations for one of our apartment communities located in Florence, Arizona.

This position will be responsible for the following:

* Supervise leasing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company policy

* Analyze performance and trends to develop and implement monthly marketing plan.

* Supervise staff; including training, performance reviews, hiring, promotion and terminations

* Enforce safety policies, regulations and OSHA compliance.

* Secure bids for repairs and replacement work beyond capability of staff.

* Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards for resident service.

* Assist in preparation of budget, and adherence to approved budgets.

* Ensure that property operations are compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidates will possess the following:

* Minimum 1 year of related multi-family property management experience.

* Experience with tax credit/Section 42 properties

* Working knowledge of tax credit compliance issues

* Experienced with MS Office Suite including Word and Excel

* Experience with MRI software a plus

* Strong leadership and management skills are essential.
