Apartment Management and Maintenance Positions

Guardian Management is looking for high energy, self motivated, top performers. Positions available include site manager, maintenance, assistant manager and leasing in the Chandler area. We are expanding in the area and seek strong candidates in property management to join and grow with our team. Competitive salary and benefits.
REQUIREMENTS
Management Positions: Previous property management experience preferred. Knowledge of Excel, Word and e-mail use required. Yardi experience a plus.

Maintenance Positions:
Minor and major apartment maintenance – plumbing, electrical, carpentry. Maintain common areas, laundry rooms, parking areas and entry ways. Assist with apartment turnovers and work orders
Work to achieve & maintain overall curb appeal standards for Company.
Some weekend work may be required. Carry emergency pager if needed or be on call when needed
