Apartment Community Manager

MAXX Properties is a 70 year-old, family owned and family-oriented business, with properties in eight states across the country. We are known to manage the “best buildings on the block” and we are looking for a dynamic person who can grow with us.

We are seeking an Apartment Community Manager for a 270-unit property in Phoenix, AZ. This is a highly visible position that is responsible for managing a great staff including an Assistant Manager, Leasing Consultants, Maintenance Staff, and a Groundskeeper.

Duties include:

•Plan and execute the marketing of the property
•Create and maintain a budget
•Enter and maintain property accounting in Yardi Voyager
•Manage and motivate staff
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
•Minimum of five years experience managing mid-sized apartment communities.
•Ability to monitor budgets and create monthly tracking reports
•Excellent customer service skills
•Bi-lingual Spanish/English a major plus!
