Account Manager - Network Security
Business Unit: GE Commercial Finance, Capital SolutionsFunction: SalesResponsibilities: Functional Job Accountabilities
1. Quote & Order Management - Target 100% accuracy
a. Enter quotes and orders, send orders to quality control for checking, track order through system.
2. Customer support: Maintain a customer-first environment; provide timely and accurate quotes and orders; provide timely updates to Customers and Vendors regarding any unresolved issues, and drive timely resolution of all issues.
3. Selling: Provide value-add to customers by proactively leveraging the Network Security product set and Access Distribution promotions and programs, supporting corporate cross-sell initiatives, and actively participating in inclusive selling efforts.4. Attend all appropriate trainings as directed by Territory or Regional manager.
5. Assist with Vendor engagement and development of the Network Security teams.
6. Assist with overcoming operational issues within the Network Security team. Leverage best practices across vendor sets to improve operational efficiencies within the team.
7. Compliance: Comply with all policies and established service level agreements.Job Scope - Due to the size and nature of the job, it is subject to broad practices and procedures covered by functional precedents and policies within the TSO. Achievement of results is under moderate managerial direction. Skill mastery and performance will be assessed throughout the 90-day training period or as deemed necessary by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
Highly motivated.
Strong work ethic.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to multi-task and follow through to completion.
Must be efficient in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
Must have excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude a must!
You must be willing to take a drug test.
