Position Summary
To develop and retain customer relationships; market and sell Iron Mountain products and services to existing accounts.
Specific Responsibilities:
•Educate customer on Iron Mountain products and services
•Conduct customer and prospect facility tours
•Assist in the closing process of existing accounts
•Customize and develop action plans for individual accounts as necessary; review and customize customer materials as necessary
•Gather and share competitor information
•Analyze customer data
•Assist in budget input and revenue forecast as needed
•Upsell and cross-sell accounts by identifying revenue opportunities and conducting needs analysis
•Perform contract reviews and negotiate contract renewals
•Implement and communicate price increases
•Identify and sell special projects
•Write and present proposals, develop and deliver customer presentations
•Participate in industry associations to enhance Iron Mountain’s presence
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
•High School or equivalent/BS Degree preferred
•2-4 years sales experience that includes the following: contract negotiations, customer interactions, closing the deal, customizing solutions for customers, analyzing customer/market data, delivering sales presentations, budget preparation/analysis
•Excellent computer experience to include MS Office and Outlook
•Must be very detailed oriented
•Must have exceptional customer service skills
