Purpose of the Job:
To supervise all teacher-related issues, as well as staff training for the area.

Responsibilities:
o Continually enhance area teacher quality by managing all teacher related issues, including recruiting, auditioning, training, scheduling, and observing teachers.
o Managing the creation and delivery of course schedules.
o Managing the assimilation of new course materials into curriculum, as well as the dissemination of information about course changes, updates, additions, etc.
o Budget responsibilities.
o Supervise Teacher-Trainers and create monthly training schedules.
o Regularly monitor teacher performance and student evaluations for all classes.
o Create and implement staff-training sessions.

Position Requirements and/or Skills Required:
o Bachelors Degree
o Experience in education, teaching and/or curriculum development
o Strong management and team motivation skills
o Problem solving, decision making and creative thinking abilities
o Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skills
o Good organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details
o Diligent work ethic
o Customer service expertise
o High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
