5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications or journalism. Familiarity with insurance preferable.Special Skills:

Position is responsible for helping to increase Aon’s penetration, revenue and profits among larger clients by improving the success rate in written and oral RFPs and other sales efforts.Requirements Include:
Serving as writer and/or editor of RFP and other sales documents and presentations when needed.
Providing previously developed responses and maintaining a database of RFP responses. Continuously improve and expand the library of responses.
Motivating broker and consultant teams to develop original thinking and creative approaches.
Capturing, on a real-time basis, new understandings from RFPs and then adjusting processes and best practices as needed. Codify and report new approaches as appropriate.
Advocating and communicating innovative ideas that increase sales success.
Ensuring required protocols are followed for key steps in the response development.
Accessing senior management or other internal resources when necessary for the response or elevating issues that may arise when appropriate.
Ensuring responses are consistent with Aon’s overall business strategy, value proposition and corporate identity.
Driving efficiency through enhanced systems whenever practical.
Coordinating the responses and providing updates to team members for proper RFP tracking and reporting.
