UCM Process Manager (Risk)

Specific responsibilities include:

– Lead initiatives to improve Risk Management opportunities in UCM

– Lead key audit and exam related activities

– Track, monitor and report on key risk management metrics

– Understand applicable laws and regulations and implications on processes and controls

– Represent UCM in broader risk management activities across US Card

– Ensure compliance with risk management activities and assessments (ERSA, CSA, RMCF, etc…)
REQUIREMENTS
Job Qualifications:

BA/BS or equivalent

Ideal candidate has Business Process Certification

Previous experience with risk management and compliance practices and tools preferred

Experience leading cross-functional teams

Comfortable working in an analytical and quantitative environment

Strong presentation and facilitation skills
