Sr Staff Specialist II

Job Description Primarily responsible for training sales personnel on Verizon Business products, including Hosting, Wireless, Managed Services, Data, Voice and IP Services. Training will be conducted virtually and in-person using both distance learning and classroom based delivery methods. Classroom sessions will require travel more than 25% of the time.

Requirements
3-5 years experience in a training delivery environment in the Telecom industry. Candidate with high energy and enthusiasm for learning and teaching. Ability to engage participants in hands on, lecture, facilitation, and peer learning delivery styles. Excellent oral and written communications skills mandatory. Verizon business product knowlede an asset
