Sr. Contracts Negotiator/Specialist

Sr. Contracts Negotiator/Specialist CONTRACTING RESPONSIBILITIES: Exercise broad discretion and judgment in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, amending, and terminating a wide range of agreements with customers, suppliers and channel partners. Advise manager-to-executive on contractual rights and obligations and serve as a resource for interpretation of terms and conditions. Responsibility includes exercising judgment across multiple disciplines to achieve business objectives while ensuring adherence to Company contracting practices and policies (such as internal revenue policies and legal department rules). Must be capable of leveraging and distilling multiple inputs and designing new practices and policies to improve contracting process and service levels to internal clients.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:5+ years experience required in the area of negotiating contracts. Strong ability to understand and apply legal, financial and business principles to contracting with customers required. Demonstrated ability to grasp complex issues and processes quickly. Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated excellent written communication skills. 4-year BA/BS undergraduate degree required. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and ERP systems.
