South Carolina Real Estate Attorney

Our South Charlotte law firm is growing and we want you to join us. We are looking for a South Carolina licensed attorney to join our real estate practice. A North Carolina license is a major plus, but it is not required. Experience is also a plus but it too is not required. New attorneys with recent South Carolina bar admissions are encouraged to apply. Everybody starts somewhere. We'd like you to start with us and make this your home. Seasoned attorneys with strong management skills or a book of business are also encouraged to apply. We are looking for the right fit and the right person.

Working hours are flexible. The position could be part-time or full-time.

This is a fun firm. We work hard and we'll expect that you do the same, but we enjoy what we do and who we work with. It is important that the applicant be fun, energetic, motivated and positive. You must also be able to work independently, be organized, be capable of working with others and be able to supervise your supporting staff.

Our firm also practices in the areas of business and corporate matters, civil litigation, and estate planning matters. There will be exposure to all facets of the practice but the primary job duty for our hired attorney will be residential real estate transactions and closings.
