Senior Practice Support Analyst

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $60000 to $90000 per year Carmel Valley International law firm is looking for an experienced Senior Practice Support Analyst with minimum 5 years legal experience, including 2+ years in a law firm litigation project management or litigation support services to join its Practice Support Group. Responsibilities include coordinating with the legal teams for the automated litigation support needs primarily of large litigation projects. Preparing, designing, implementing and maintaining E-Discovery. Specifically, the Senior Practice Support Analyst provides consultative support to the legal teams regarding the application and use of technology, manages concurrent Practice Support projects, works closely with the legal team in database setup and design as well as electronic searching, review, productions, and reports. The Senior Practice Support Analyst will serve as one of the primary contacts for litigation support vendors and is responsible for vendor relationships and deliverables including pricing for projects, managing deadlines, and writing imaging and coding specifications. Generally, the Senior Practice Support Analyst has responsibility for project plans, timelines and deadlines; additional duties include coordinating project communication, conducting team project meetings, and preparing status and statistical reports. The successful candidate must possess excellent verbal communication, organizational, and writing skills; knowledge of the litigation process and associated litigation support software is essential; a true team player and consensus builder is imperative.
