Security Supervisor (FSO)

Provides the supervision and administration of the security staff, inspections, audits, and investigations. Reviews, tracks, and monitors all physical security policies and procedures. Ensures that all security staff are trained and adhere to the policies outlined in the procedures manual. Prepares shift schedules. Trains and directs employee work activities. Signs time cards, prepares performance reviews, handles discipline problems, and has input to hiring and firing.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience. Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Fully knowledgeable in DOD, DOE, or other industrial security program and in-depth knowledge of the DOD, DOE, or other government security regulatory manuals. TS/SCI with Full scope polygraph required. DOD FSO certification and CSSO course required.
