We are currently seeking a Senior Proposal Writer to join our Sales Strategy and Support Team located in Chicago, IL.

SENIOR PROPOSAL WRITER - Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:
Write compelling sales documents
Project coordination and management
Work with senior management to develop proposal strategies and content
Participate on proposal teams and communicating regularly with teams on progress
Understand, promote and adhere to internal processes
Interface with Creative Services to develop visual messages
Edit, proofread and graphic review of proposals, presentations and other messaging materials
Participate in regular team meetings
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Journalism/Marketing
Minimum of 5 years writing experience in business environment, business development experience
Excellent writing skills
A high degree of assertiveness and creativity
A strong sense of teamwork and cooperation
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong editing skills
An understanding of marketing and sales
Knowledge of/prior experience in the real estate industry
Knowledge of competitive/market research and its application
Excellent verbal communication skills
Computer proficiency in MS Office
