SEC Director

What will you do as the Director of SEC?

Provide timely and accurate financial reporting information so that important business decisions can be made based off of the results.

Stay updated on SEC changes and adjust financials and/ or reporting procedures accordingly to stay in compliance with GAAP and SEC requirements

Prepare and support quarterly and yearly financial statements and review.

Prepare Management Discussion and Analysis reports

Maintain historical financial statements all financial information for the company
REQUIREMENTS
What do you need to apply to the Director of SEC position?


Bachelors Degree

CPA

Public accounting and SEC experience

Big 4 or national public accounting audit a plus, but not required

Current SEC 10K, 10Q, 8K, footnotes and analysis preparation.

Excellent presentation preparation and delivery experience
