SAS Manager

Reporting to a Senior Attorney in Corporate Legal, the Suits Against Safeco Manager will manage 6 SAS Analysts and their caseloads. This individual will perform periodic review of files, participate in strategy decisions and case management, ensure proper case management, and develop Analysts on the SAS team. Collaborate with Senior Attorney in facilitating communication with Risk Management, business partners and senior management regarding significant cases, issues, and trends. Responsible for process, procedures, metrics and reports. Act as resource for Claims personnel and advise on emerging trends, law, policy form changes, and ways to avoid litigation when possible.Successful candidates must meet the following requirements: At least 5 years of related experience including previous managerial experience
Membership to the Bar preferred, Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership ability with interpersonal skills, Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
