Pricing Specialist / Contracts Administrator

No.: OPS-F06-039POSITION TITLE: Pricing Specialist / Contracts AdministratorTo function as a Pricing Specialist and Contracts Administrator within the TMS Contracts organization and provide support to the Director of Contracts in all related requirements such as proposal development, contract management and responding to data calls.To protect and keep the company’s best interests in mind in carrying out the normal contract management role in day-to-day business operations.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES(1) Developing complex pricing strategies, templates and worksheets in support of price/cost proposal development in response to Government solicitations.(2) Must also support administration of contracts and contract related risk management activities for DoD programs including prime contracting, subcontracting, pricing, negotiation, and internal and external customer response.(3) Building strong relationships with appropriate internal personnel and participate in various teams on an ad hoc basis.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Degree Requirements: BA/BS DegreeRelevant Experience (amount and type): 5 - 7 yrs experience in preparing complex pricing responses to services solicitations. Must bring excellent strategic capabilities to the proposal process.Must possess knowledge and experience in DoD, and Federal ID/IQ, FFP, T&M, Cost Plus, and Performance Based contracts..Knowledge of and experience with general contract law and interpretation.Understanding and following company policy to meet generally accepted audit standards (both contract and proposal).Background check and security clearance may be required.

Advanced degree such as MBA or JD
