This firm is certainly prestigious and competitive, and attorneys with superb GPAs from top-15 schools are valued. However, high achievers from non-top-15 law schools are encouraged to apply, although there seems to be more of an emphasis on grades in the recent years. The billable requirements are in the reasonable 2000 range and the salary is very competitive, and the firm has recently made a big push to focus on attracting and keeping minority attorneys. However, we have heard complaints from associates that the communication between management and associates is lacking, but we also hear that there is a big push being made to improve the channels of communication.
