Litigation Support Manager

Looking for Litigation Support Managers!!! Great law firm needs someone ASAP!!

Competitive Salary!

Duties include: Analyzing, consulting, planning and implementing litigation support. Applies database, Imagebase and Web technology in support of the Firms goals and requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Oversees, coordinates and tracks project progress and work-flow from inception to trial ordeal closing.
Acts as liaison between the staff of Practice Support and Network Systems and case teams, attorneys and clients on projects.
Designs databases and reports.
Review database data loads
Develop recommendations, plans, cost estimates, budgets, procedures, and specifications for case-specific projects from discovery to trial phase
Drafts project proposals and provides status reports
Provides end user support and customer service.
Interact with users of varying skill level.
Responds to on-demand training and assistance requests.
Troubleshoot litigation support applications.
Maintains and updates project files and documentation.
Gathers information regarding needs and processes of the various practice areas.
Researches latest technology trends,
Participates in development of long-term strategies in support of the firms practice areas.
Contacts and reviews vendors.
Creates cost analyses for projects done by vendors,
Manages projects sent to vendors.
Reviews and verifies bills presented by vendors for projects.
Assist in professional development of staff members.
Oversees employees work performance and provides guidance in the resolution of problems.
Responsibility for maintaining quality of work product generated by department
