Litigation Support MIS/MSA Manager Assistant Vice President

 

 This position is responsible for MIS reporting as well as maintaining and enhancing the overall MIS process; completion of the daily proof; ASAP (a/k/a MSA) testing; CATS monthly reporting; seamless integration of ASAP & CATS into quarterly Exhibit IV report.

 Develop, maintain, distribute, report and test ROU COB Plan

 Track spending and compare to budget

 Develop Allocations to user departments through financial data analysis

 Track revenue and develop forecasting methodology

 Develop a Unit Cost for Rou East & West to measure productivity

 Assist in the development of the annual budget

 Maintain and report on Key Performance Indicators

 Report monthly highlights and financial data to the FC Operations Support Staff

 Daily MIS — track and report daily activity; monitor any backlogs In workflow to prevent an out of compliance position

 Monthly MIS — utilize information from daily MIS to report month and year-to-date information to senior management

 Monthly Letter — prepare monthly schedules and letter depicting the results for the month and year-to-date using information from MIS, Revenue tracking schedules Expense reports (GISMO)

 Daily Proof — ensure work is properly recorded in NBS and submitted at days end

ASAP Lead Coordinator — responsible for the ASAP system   Maintain the RAM and modify when needed.  Add, delete or modify reports as necessary.  Ensure tests are performed as scheduled and delivered to RCSA on a timely basis.  If needed, reflect failures in CATS.  Integrate ASAP with Exhibit IV.



 CATS reporting — Update monthly and add as required.

Develop and maintain all necessary expense tracking schedules.

 Develop a Unit Cost for ROU East and West.

 Track revenue on a monthly basis for reporting.  Develop methodology of forecast revenue based on volume of services received and revenue generated by each write-up.

 Prepare and track trends Key Performance Indicators

Financial Reporting to FC Operations Support — prepare reports as needed by the Director of FC Operations Support

 Ad Hoc financial reporting as required

Education — BA/BS or equivalent training/work experience

Experience — Five to ten years related work experience
