We have an immediate need in downtown Los Angeles for part-time weekend and weekday evening desktop application specialists. Provide troubleshooting support for the department and desktop applications; create, edit and proofread high-level and complex Word and WordPerfect documents; create and edit Visio, Excel and Presentation files; convert word processing and spreadsheet files from other software programs and provide technical support to colleagues and staff. Other operational duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate will have excellent technical, customer service and organizational skills, flexible schedule to work weekends and weeknight shifts.

Technical requirements include Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel and Powerpoint. DeltaView, Visio and Adobe Acrobat preferred.

2+ years word processing experience in law firms or accounting firms preferred. Presentation Specialist candidates are encouraged to apply.
