Merrill Legal Solutions a $600+ million communication, printing and document services company provides facilities management services (photocopy, facsimile, mail, hospitality and legal records management) to its clients.

We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Records Manager for one of our down town Los Angeles locations. Looking for a flexible, hard-working, organized, customer service team player. The position is responsible for managing the process of all ingoing and outgoing legal files in support of client needs. The responsibilities for this position include gathering, sorting and preparing legal documents for filing. Creating computerized indexes of pleadings and discovery documents and closing case files for offsite storage. Using knowledge of all types of legal documents. Providing excellent customer service to all levels within a client environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment, strong attention to detail, ability to analyze and offer solutions.
2-5 years experience within a records center or law firm environment. Strong experience with LegalKey software or anyother Records Management data base is a MUST. Prior supervisory experience is a must. Competitive compensation package including full benefits.
