Business Litigation Paralegal - will work with business litigation and business practice groups. This position will provide diverse responsibilities in handling corporate/transaction work. Qualifications include a Bachelors Degree with a paralegal certification or a four-year degree in paralegal studies. The successful candidate will have three plus years of experience in working as a transactional paralegal with experience handling litigation in business matters. PAYING TOP DOLLAR

Patent IP LS - min 1 year experience with patents, 45 WPM, supporting 3 attorneys (most of the attorneys do a lot of their own typing/correspondence)
