Lease Administrator

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $35,000 to $50,000 per year Are you a Lease Administrator or Leasing Paralegal who is thinking about making a change to an in-house environment? We have an immediate opening for a Lease Administrator for an in-house legal department for a Company in Seattle/Lake Union area. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with a law firm or in-house legal department and will have experience managing lease documentation and data. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong lease database management skills. The ideal candidate will have worked with leases in the retail, telecommunications or wireless industries, be proficient with running leasing reports, tracking leases, and managing physical site files and the filing system.
