LITIGATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The Hartford office of Robinson & Cole is seeking a Litigation Support Specialist who will be responsible for performing high-level analytical tasks in
litigation support.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: processing electronic discovery, data
conversion, script creation,
database management,
document production, project and vendor management,
preparing data for trial, training and providing support for
Litigation applications.

The successful candidate
must have at least 2 years
experience in litigation support in a law firm or litigation
services provider, in addition to demonstrable communication and technical skills. Knowledge of the litigation process and an understanding of the use of technology to support litigation efforts are preferred. The ideal candidate should also have above average written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to cultivate
customer relationships, and
relationships with co-workers. Expertise in Concordance,
LiveNote, CaseMap, Trial
Director, Access and Excel
desired. Certification in market-specific applications and/or mainstream office applications is a plus. Bachelor's Degree
preferred. Some weekend,
after hours application support, and travel may be required.
