Duties include drafting, reviewing and negotiating standard confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements and professional services agreements under the supervision of an attorney and/or paralegal and processing department bills. Position also provides support to the paralegals in preparation of documents for HSR filings, updating template agreements and maintaining and updating department files for agreement precedent, standard clauses, HSR instructions, outside counsel directory and contract attorney directory.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have strong verbal/written communication, organization/analytical and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, strong software database and Internet search skills and project management abilities. Must be able to multi-task, collect and analyze information, prioritize projects, work both independently and in a team setting and meet deadlines. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience in a corporate law environment. Knowledge of bill processing a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred:Some additional training, coursework or education
