Top Houston law firm is seeking a Staff Attorney or Contract Attorney to work in their corporate section. Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in Texas, graduated from a top tier law school, with top grades, and have 2-3 years experience working in energy, securities, M&A or other similar corporate sector. Experience may outweigh class rank.

Competitive hourly rate for contract position; low billable requirement for Staff Attorney position.
