Classification: Full Time Northern suburbs corporation that will be relocating downtown is seeking a corporate transactional attorney with 6+ years of in-house experience. Job duties include: create, organize, maintain and supervise a corporate secretarial function including responsibility for all insurance holding company filings and compliance matters. Assist in the development and maintainance of a corporate governance, compliance and ethics program.
