IP Docketing Supervisor To $90k - Arlington

Spherion Legal is seeking candidates for a Docketing Supervisor for a top IP-boutique firm in Arlington. Position will supervise staff of 10 and establish and implement procedures for interacting with the PTO.

Candidate should have experience with PTO electronic filings and IP docketing database systems. Must have extensive knowledge of PTO rules and regulations, both domestic and foreign. Must be able to effectively train docketing and secretarial staff. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Familiarity with AIM software and experience working in both the PTO and a law firm a huge plus.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of PTO filings and IP docketing databases; Knowledge of PTO rules and regulations; Law firm and/or PTO experience; Familiarity with AIM software preferred; Prior supervisory experience.
