IP/Commercial Lit Paralegals (Mid-Senior)

IP and Commercial Litigation Paralegals Wanted - SF & Peninsula Marquee law firms.

3 different Top 100 US Ranked firms (SF & Palo Alto/Menlo Park) are seeking IP litigation and/or strong versatile corporate litigation paralegals.

Paralegal will provide case support to attorneys in all phases of litigation including discovery, trial and appeal, and preference will be given to candidates with significant case management/team lead experience.

Other responsibilities include drafting routine correspondence and litigation documents; preparing status reports; conducting electronic searches; and researching technical references, patents and legal matters.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must have 4 + years of experience as a litigation paralegal support in a large or respected boutique law firm.

Knowledge of MS Word, Windows is essential, and knowledge of Summation and/or Concordance is a near must. A college degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited ABA approved institution is also required.

Candidates who have been to Markman hearings and/or IP litigation mini-trials will stand far ahead of the pack.
