Court Aide

Division#: 27-1001Division Name: CS GeorgiaJob Categories: Admin/ClericalJob Responsibilities: Assists in courtroom proceedings. Assists in conducting drug screens and maintenance of drug screen log. Conducts intake interviews with offenders. Returns new cases to office for processing. Performs breathalyzer tests. Assists in satellite offices, as needed. Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
Education/Experience High School diploma or GED required plus one year of general office experience; Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
