Corporate Client Services Sales Associate III

Hours/Schedule: 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM Description: Provides complex support for one or more client development officers. Oversees all aspects of new business processing during officer’s absence (travel periods). Develops and maintains the highest level of industry knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues; identify potential areas of impact on business line. Conducts research, assembles, and analyzes data to prepare fee proposals and/or requests for proposals. Manages fee documentation process for new business. Serves as key member of support/management team. Works effectively with influential clients and contacts. Travel as required. Serves as a resource to Associate I & II in answering questions and conducting research. Collaborates with other areas of the bank on departmental/divisional project teams. Facilitates project planning and organizes project timeline for project completion. Provides division support by overseeing/completing tasks such as telephone responsibilities, backup support for other assistants, scheduling vacations and/or travel, processing timecards, ordering and maintaining office equipment, handling mail, and office supplies. Provides job training to less experience staff.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as accounting, finance or business management and/or equivalent work experience, including a minimum three years of administrative experience or training in the financial services industry or related field.Advanced knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office as well as various other programs and applications as needed.
