We will be relocating to a downtown location at year end.POSITION SUMMARY: Currently, we have an excellent career opportunity available for a Corporate Attorney - Contracts for Aon Warranty Group. This position will initially be located in Glenview before relocating to downtown Chicago.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Partner with business units to document client transactions in the form of program agreements and other contractual arrangements for clients offering AWG products. Develop an understanding of the AWG business to be able to advise management on legal and business issues.
Job Requirements
6 years in a corporate law department or law firm drafting commercial contracts and agreements. Excellent writing ability and the ability to comprehend and condense complex business transactions into contractual language.REQUIRED EDUCATION:
