Contracts Negotiator

Smith Hanley is currently seeking a Contracts Negotiator for the Delaware area.The Contract Negotiator is responsible for providing support to CAGM and Study Delivery Teams with the development, distribution, and tracking of Clinical Study Agreements and related Clinical Agreements.Major Accountabilities:Support the execution and management of Clinical Study Agreements Major Responsibilities:Monitor Clinical Agreements in DIRM (Document Imaging and Retrieval Management System) to ensure appropriate documents exist and are filed appropriately. Maintains and manages filing systems for all finalized Clinical Study Documents. Assists Investigator Agreement Specialists in contacting sites to collect information regarding the status of the Agreement. Responsible for the distribution of Agreements to investigators/institutions/site management organizations. Assists Investigator Agreement Specialists in populating the various Clinical Agreement templates utilizing site information. Assist Investigator Agreement Specialists with Clinical Agreement tracking sheets and update of status charts. Communicate updated status of Clinical Agreements to Study Deliver Leader, when appropriate. Incorporate approved changes into the appropriate Clinical Study template. Other Responsibilities:Provides ideas as well as supports, process development and improvement.
