Contract Builder Support Specialist -Orange County

Business Unit: GE Industrial, Consumer & IndustrialFunction: SalesResponsibilities: * Provide comprehensive sales support to Contract Sales National Account - Builder Sales customers within specific market areas.
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with builders, project managers, builder site supervisors and design center/model home sales associates.
Coordinate model line-ups in design centers/model homes and facilitate smooth model transition process.
Manage new community set up process and any pricing/product communications.
Train builder sales staff on GE Consumer & Industrial - Appliance product features/benefits.
Work very closely with Contract Region Managers, Area Sales Managers and National Account team to resolve customer issues including billing and invoice issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * College degree in Sales & Marketing or related discipline or relevant equivalent experience.
Bachelor degree preferred.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate self initiative.
Demonstrated excellence in organization, time management, planning and detailing
Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with and build credibility with all levels of management.
Demonstrated computer proficiency including Access, Excel and Power Point.
Willingness to work outside the hours of a 8-5 work schedule.Desired: * Prior experience in Builder Operations, Sales, Interior Design and or Appliance Sales.
Bachelor degree preferred.
