Compliance Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
.Works with a variety of cross-functional teams to ensure web products are in compliance with internal guidelines
.Analyzes pending and existing legislation, provides feedback on impact to the business and trains staff accordingly
.Performs ongoing assessments of compliance with industry and internal guidelines, assures that corrective actions, if needed, are implemented
.Manages reviews of creative materials
.Provides training on compliance and risk management issues to employees
.Provides updates to senior management on compliance, regulatory and risk issues impacting the business
.Communicates with both internal and external contacts regarding the interpretation and impact of legislation, rules, and regulations
.Assists with managing audits from external sources
.Designs and enforces processes related to compliance

REQUIREMENTS
.5+ yrs related compliance experience (preferably in an internet environment)
.Bachelor's Degree
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with a variety of employees of all levels
.Excellent writing skills
.Comfortable and skilled in delivering formal presentations to a variety of levels within the organization
