Law firm in downtown Miami is looking to hire a CFO.The primary responsibilities include strategic and financial analysis and presentation of various performance measurements and reports; i.e revenues, a/r, budgets, trend analysis, profitability and variance. The CFO is responsible for the preparation of the firm's annual operating, capital and cash flow budgets and quarterly forecasts; oversees the compilation of financial data for partner compensation recommendations, the analysis of data for lateral acquisitions, oversees the 401(k) plan and the partner retirement plan. The CFO will work closely with the Managing Partner, the Executive Director and each practice group leader and is responsible for the delivery of timely information into the hands of the firm's decision makers. Other responsibilities include overseeing the accounting and collections departments and managing relationships with outside accountants and banks. REQUIREMENTS
Law firm experience is preferred and an undergraduate degree in accounting or finance is required. CPA or MBA helpful.
