CORPORATE PARALEGAL POSITION

JOB #: 06082801-L JOB DESCRIPTION: Seasoned corporate transactional paralegal sought for large corporate department within a San Diego branch of a multiple office firm. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, Blue Sky law, finance, compliance and general corporate “book-keeping” of records, contracts and correspondence. Assist with Boards of Directors, corporate minutes and general corporate duties required. Law firm experience required of at least two solid years of corporate paralegal work. Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.Job Requirements
