Our first client, an elite Buckhead law firm, has an opening for a Senior Associate in its Corporate Practice. Successful candidates will have five or more years of experience in corporate law practice. Must have a broad base of knowledge of all corporate transactional work to include incorporations and mergers & acquisitions. Successful candidates will be highly motivated and focused individuals. Must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to efficiently and accurately assess clients' needs. Salary based upon experience. Our second client, also located in Buckhead is seeking an Associate for its Commercial Real Estate practice group. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of commercial real estate experience, with heavy experience in all aspects of commercial leasing. In addition, this client seeks a second Associate for its Commercial Real Estate practice group. While this candidate will also need four years of Commerical Real Estate experience, this position does not required concentrated experience in leasing. Salary for these two positions also dependent upon experience. All candidates must possess an excellent academic background, and strong writing and interpersonal skills. REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS: - JD - 4 or more years of experience in Corporate law or Commerical Real Estate. - Excellent academic background, writing skills and interpersonal skills are required.
