Attorney-Corporate; M&A; IP

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $100,000 to $150,000 per year Major Atlanta law firm needs an associate with 4 to 6 years experience for the Business & Finance practice group. Experience in general mergers and acquisitions and corporate matters required and day to day experience with IP licensing issues, software contracts, and other corporate IP issues a strong plus. Excellent practice experience, as well as a strong academic record and legal research, writing, organizational and analytical skills are required. The successful candidate will have proven abilities in client contact and responsibility, as well as in practice growth, lawyer management and leadership.This 325-lawyer firm with offices in Washington, Atlanta and Geneva, provides a wide range of legal services,
