Our Employment Screening division is looking for a polished professional to join the Compliance Team as the Assistant Compliance Manager. This position will be responsible for managing the day to day operations in the Consumer Relations and Credentialing Departments. This role will perform the following duties:

â?¢Carry forth instructions of Manager to provide direction to subordinates.
â?¢Process, perform, and carry out the operational strategies and work plans as translated by the Manager to achieve the business goals.
â?¢Work within the Department to achieve department and cross-department goals.
â?¢Apply industry experience and knowledge to resolve processing issues.
â?¢Ensure that procedures, processes and changes are carried forth within the department.
â?¢Interact regularly with Manager.
â?¢Perform personnel actions including the facilitation of development plans.
â?¢Maintain efficiencies of the departments by capturing and reporting data to track metrics and ensure metrics are being maintained.
â?¢Maintain the currency of local work Instructions and training for department personnel.
â?¢Support a continuously improving environment by contributing to the problem management process and ensuring execution of corrective actions.
â?¢Recommend changes to management based on Industry experience regarding department activities to ensure clients receive quality service.
â?¢Manage the administration of the departments.
