Blue Cross of Northeastern has an immediate opening for a Corporate Attorney in our
Wilkes-Barre office. In this highly visible role the successful candidate will support
the business development needs and interests of the Plan and Enterprise by providing legal
services in the areas of subrogation, employee relations and benefits, privacy and security,
provider and health delivery, information software and technology, and litigation management.
Requirements: Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be a member
of the Pennsylvania Bar with at least 4 years of experience in corporate law, Regulatory
experience and experience with mergers/acquisitions, corporate transactions preferred.
