Correspondent Division
The Correspondent Division buys closed loans nationwide from established mortgage bankers who have the financial strength to obtain warehouse capabilities. The Division offers a vast and dynamic product selection. Combined with our experienced Correspondent Lending team, operational excellence and outstanding customer service, we offer our Correspondent clients quality service and a prosperous relationship.

The Correspondent Department is seeking a full time Validator responsible for verifying CDU findings for underwriting files. Applicants should have 3 years experience in mortgage processing or underwriting. The candidate must have the ability to think critically, organize data and function in a diverse fast paced environment.

In this position, you would be responsible for:

- Analyze Credit, Income, Assets and Appraisal documentation
- Review & Clear commitment conditions
-Issuing Commitments
- Interacting with Lenders
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

-High School Diploma with a minimum of three (3) years work experience in mortgage processing or two (2) years college degree with a minimum of two (2) years work experience in a related field or four (4) year college degree in Finance
- Ability to handle volume and meet deadlines
-Good Customer Service skills, self starting and organized
- Communicate effectively
-Proficient in Unifi a plus
-Experience with Automated Underwriting a plus
