Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in handling tort litigation; fact investigations; respond to and prepare discovery;prepare and analyze data;various other tasks related to tort litigation

Qualifications:
B.A. and at least three years of paralegal experience in tort litigation. Experience with medical malpractice litigation a plus. This individual will have well-rounded interpersonal skills, the ability to influence with credibility, strong analytical skills and good judgment. Strong interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills will facilitate success as a service provider to business units
