ABOUT THE POSITION

You will work directly with the Managing Partner on multi-million dollar commercial real estate transactions. You will have the support of a legal secretary and additional firm resources—your leadership skills and experience will be valued by attorneys and staff alike.


Position Duties will include but are not limited to:

*Preparing closing checklists;

*Drafting of closing documents;

*Coordinating execution and delivery of documents;

*Title and survey work.
REQUIREMENTS
To be immediately considered for this incredible opportunity, you must have the following experience:


*8+ years of experience as a paralegal specializing in commercial real estate transactions;

*Strong knowledge of commercial real estate and corporate law;

*Must have exceptional organizational skills, be able to prioritize multiple assignments, work well under deadlines, and have the flexibility to assist attorneys while still utilizing independent thought;

*Superb analytical and communications skills are required as well.

Preferred skills:

*Experience with executive-level support or a general background in real estate transactions are a plus!
