Unique opportunity for the right individual with a growing specialty finance company involved in the purchase of future asset payment streams. Based in the Fort Lauderdale area, the company conducts business throughout the United States.

The selected candidate will be involved with drafting and reviewing legal documents including disclosures, contracts, affidavits and pleadings while working closely with in-house counsel. Additional duties may include communication with outside attorneys and clients as well as contact and negotiation with major insurance companies.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree or associates degree with relevant experience preferred. The qualified candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task. Must be a self motivated person, friendly, organized, a quick learner, able to take and follow directions and willing to receive instructions. Full time position with benefits.
