ington, D.C. Our practice cons-
ists of sophisticated corporate
transactions and commercial
litigation matters.
We seek a Conflicts Analyst II
who will specialize in new hire
conflicts issues, working with a
team of individuals, reviewing
former work and client infor-
mation provided by potential
new hires, and conducting
conflicts analysis using the
Firm's client database. This
position interacts closely with
the Supervisor, Recruiters, and
the Firm's Loss Prevention
Partner. As the need arises,
the Analyst may also analyze
new business conflicts
searches and bankruptcy mat-
ters. The position requires
acute attention to detail, and
superior organizational,
researching and analytical abil-
ities. This position is responsi-
ble for upholding the standards
of quality, consistency, accu-
racy, thoroughness, and cus-
tomer service as defined and
implemented by the depart-
ment. The ideal candidate will
be able to multitask in a time-
sensitive environment, possess
a good customer service
demeanor, and be flexible. This
position reports to the Lateral
Hire Conflicts Supervisor. This
position requires 2 years of
legal assistant experience or
Conflicts experience with a
Bachelor's Degree required
and Master's degree preferred.
