Assisant Safety Manager

Responsible to assist the Safety Manager in the prevention of initial Worker's Compensation claims. Effectively manage the modified duty program, ensuring compliance with medical restrictions, working with supervisors to design effective modified jobs and ensuring adherence to the recovery plan. Investigate and modify existing jobs or procedures that create repetitive injuries

Demonstrate solid employee relations experience, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Display strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills Demonstrate professional maturity and ability to work in a team environment. Must be bilingual Spanish/English
