Friendly, Stable Admin Asst Needed for Law Firm in Sherman Oaks! We need a general administrative assistant to assist the Office Manager of a Law Firm in Sherman Oaks. Their ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of recent and stable work history as an admin asst, knowledge of Word/Excel (Quickbooks knowledge would be a plus!), the ability to type at least 40 wpm accurately, and have excellent communication skills. Will be performing general administrative office duties: assisting with letters, phones, paying the bills etc. Any prior legal experience is helpful, but not necessary. They are just looking for a good, solid, stable worker who wants to stay at a company...no job-hoppers, please! This position will pay $33-35k/year to start when hired perm + EXCELLENT benefits!
