Job Description:

Central Warehouse: Responsible for inventory maintenance using GP software, receiving items n the system, matching invoices, finding/investigating any discrepancy in the inventory/system, posting/closing for period end, creating reports, working closely with accounting department to keep GP information matched with the one in accounting
Responsible for purchasing applicable inventory items to maintain sound inventory levels
New store related shipping: Responsible for updating lists, uploading orders, processing shipping documents, keeping records, coordinating promotion shipments for new stores, and coordinating with other departments regarding any new store related shipping.
Market fulfillment and mass shipping:
--Responsible for setting up/receiving items in the system and supporting processing/packing orders.
Payroll check support: Assist payroll in shipment of checks.
Miscellaneous tasks
REQUIREMENTS
AA Degree is required, BA preferred in Accounting
More than 2 years office experience with accounting related work
Proficient with Word & Excel, Access is a plus
Basic office knowledge along with accounting knowledge
Detail oriented, excellent communication skills, good team player, and high standards of customer service.
